    We offer complete and updated documentation of your IT infrastructure, around the clock, through a secure portal and available on request. So at any time and in full transparency, you maintain full control of the solutions implemented.

  • Network monitoring system

    Thanks to our network monitoring tools, which are operational around the clock, you can rely on monitoring and appropriate follow-up as soon as a problem is detected – whether on your network or any other machine on that network. All indicators can also be consulted online via a secure portal.

  • Morning guard

    Every working day between 06.00 and 08.00, our team of engineers ensures that:

    • all your servers are working and available.
    • tasks scheduled at night (backups, batch jobs, SQL instructions, etc.) have been done correctly.
    • network security is maintained (checking of updates for all network security components, anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-malware, etc.).

Service desk

Besides our infrastructure management or one-off service, you can benefit from our expertise to offer your employees a responsive and professional service desk – whether through remote access and/or directly on your site. Our call center is continuously available every working day from 09.00 to 17.00 and it welcomes you in 3 languages (FR/NL/EN).
